Palotunturi nature path

Palotunturi nature path is situated in the beautiful fell area in the village of Pernu in the western-Posio. The nature path is one-way about 2 kilometres long marked trail that passes fell Pikku Palotunturi. The path continues all the way to the summit where you can find an open cottage and a campfire place. The views from the top of the fell reward the hikers. The Palotunturi nature path is altogether 4 kilometres long back and forth.

Driving instructions:
Drive from the town centre of Posio to the direction of Rovaniemi (Road 81) and turn right. Continue about 8 kilometres and then you will reach the stating point on the left hand side of the road.
